Our team - Training
We, at SCE Electric Canada Ltd., strongly believe in continuous education to improve our employees’ knowledge and competences. We revise our goals, the improvements to put in place in our company, our ways to accomplish our tasks so we can evaluate and choose the required training. We also review and analyze our productivity and qualifications of our staff.
We make sue that the employees who must be trained are registered to specialize and/or perfection training related to their field.
We use the services offered by private firms or schools in our region. The services to enterprises offered by cégeps, universities and school boards propose made to measure training, the same way private firms operate.
Our company is proactive in building a training plan for the employees.
